Cancellations Policy

At Pairlooks, we understand that plans can shift. Whether you need to cancel an order or tweak your shipping details, we're here to help make it smooth. Please review our guidelines below.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund or change the order information (size, other order, color…) within 12 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at support@pairlooks.com. Include your order number and a clear cancellation request. If your request comes in within that 12-hour window and your order hasn't yet entered production, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, if the order is already being processed or printed, cancellation and modifications is no longer possible.
Shipping Address Updates
If your order has entered production but hasn't shipped out yet, you can still request a shipping address change.
To update your delivery address, please email us right away at support@pairlooks.com. We'll do our best to catch it before it leaves our facility. Once your package has been dispatched, we can't make any further changes.
Product Exchanges
We only process exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size.
If you need an exchange for any of these reasons, please contact us directly at support@pairlooks.com.
